Oscar Burdette was born October 28, 1897, was the son of William Burdette and Arminta Miller, was 19 years of age when he was married, died July 29, 1964, and is buried in the Spring Hill Cemetery in Charleston, West Virginia. The children of Oscar Burdette and Lattie Burdette were:

Violet May Burdette ("Violet Burdette") born November 25, 1919, married John Stanley Parker ("John Parker") May 4, 1944 with Rev. R.C. Janet Ellean Cavender (“Janet Cavender” & “J.E. Cavender”) born June 7, 1931, married Kermit Monroe Clendenin (“Kermit Clendenin”), and lived in Kanawha Two Mile on Coopers Creek, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Kermit Clendenin and Janet Clendenin had a son:

Richard Wayne Clendenin (“Richard Clendenin”) born June 6, 1964;

Edith Bartrum ("Justice Cavender") was born April 10, 1910, had children by her first marriage, died January 15, 1977 at the age of 66, and is buried in the Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens in Cross Lanes, West Virginia;

(5) VICTORIA CAVENDER born February 6, 1867 in Kanawha County, West Virginia, first married Fountain Bunyon Holmes (“Fountain Bunion Holmes” & "Fountain Holmes") on December 21, 1887 in Kanawha County, West Virginia at the age of 20, later married James Baker on February 11, 1894 in Perry County, Tennessee, died July 16, 1922, and is buried in the Holmes Cemetery in Coopers Branch, Kanawha Two Mile, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Fountain Holmes was born October 25, 1856, was the son of Marshall Powell Holmes ("Marshall Holmes") born about 1827 and Elizabeth Guthrie born about 1832, was married when he was 30 years of age, died July 6, 1913 in Kanawha County, and is buried in the Holmes Cemetery with his wife Victoria. Fountain Holmes and Victoria Holmes had 11 children:

Orestes Jack Holmes ("Orestes Holmes") born March 6, 1888 in Union District of Kanawha County, West Virginia, and died March 3, 1917;

Erestes Marshall Holmes ("Erestes Marshell Holmes"? & "Erestes Holmes") born March 6, 1888 in Union District of Kanawha County, West Virginia, and died June 18, 1913;

Custer Gray Holmes ("Custer Holmes") born February 26, 1891 in Kanawha County, West Virginia, married Lula Tate on April 7, 1920 in Kanawha County, died April 24, 1975, and is buried in the Grandview Memorial Park Cemetery in Dunbar, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Ethel Holmes born June 13, 1893 in Kanawha County, West Virginia, married Atley Stonestreet (“Atlee Stonestreet”) June 13, 1914 in Kanawha County, died August 23, 1964 at the age of 71 in Elkview, West Virginia, and is buried in the Holmes Cemetery in Coopers Branch, Kanawha Two Mile, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Atlee Stonestreet was born about 1894, was the grandson of Jacob Clarence Stonestreet ("Jacob Stonestreet") and apparently the son of William Aaron Stonestreet ("William Stonestreet")(1856-1940) and Tabitha Humphreys who died about 1931. Atlee Stonestreet died September 19, 1953 at the age of 59 from a heart attack. The children of Atlee Stonestreet and Ethel Stonestreet were:

Harold E. Stonestreet ("Harold Stonestreet") born November 13, 1915, married Juanita Cavender September 6, 1947, and lived in Coca and in Elkview, West Virginia. Juanita Cavender was born November 5, 1921. Harold Stonestreet and Juanita Stonestreet had 2 children:
