Update -- Storms Caused Over 200,000 Outages in Minnesota

Storms Knock Out Power to About 92,000 in St. Louis and Kansas City Areas
More than 20,000 AmerenUE customers in Missouri lost power Wednesday evening. Hardest hit was the northern part of St. Louis and north St. Louis County. Kansas City Power & Light reported about 54,000 customers lost power, with about 22,000 still out of power this morning. About 18,000 Aquila Inc. customers also lost power.

20,000 PG&E Customers Lose Power in Sacramento Valley, California
A pair of unrelated outages blacked out nearly 20,000 electricity customers Wednesday in a band from as far south as Dunnigan to Elk Creek on the west and Willows on the north.

Update -- OPEC President Sees Group Keeping Output Over 30-mil b/d
OPEC is set to maintain actual oil production at more than 30-mil b/d after a meeting next week in a bid to stabilize prices and may need to raise output in the third quarter to meet rising demand later this year, the group's president said Thursday.
