direct out will be set the same as the channel input (mic/line).
Direct microphone outputs follow gating activity on the channel.
Note:
A ground jumper between terminals 3 and 4 should be removed if the ceiling tile is foil backed or if any part of the microphone housing comes in contact with building ground.
