7.3Appendix 3: User Interface Examples User Interfaces
There are three user interfaces for in the system: ambulatory care users, nursing care users, and hospital Contact Center agent. The following sections provide details of each category of users.

Mobile App for Ambulatory Care / Nursing Care:
Mobile Apps for Ambulatory care/nursing care will receive notifications from AHC which will include location of the patient that will be required to be assisted. Their location data will also be received by AHC contact center to send instruction to hospital emergency care unit.

7.4Appendix 4: DevOps for GlocoHCP
The following diagram shows the DevOps model for AHC:

Five principles of the DevOps are applicable to the AHC system development. AHC requires iterative pattern with continuous integration, testing and deployment. Collaborative ChatOps will be used with a systematic approach for managing and automating all the development, testing and production processes. DevOps will combine people, process, technology, which requires a cultural change to achieve rapid delivery business goals. The DevOps will offer:

People: The solution development will engage a multi-skilled DevOps team, which will have three roles: development team (includes QA), operation team, and domain experts. It is expected that platform engineers and infrastructure engineers will work together in a leadership of domain experts who will determine the system requirement in terms of value realization.

Technology: The development team will manage the self-service tool-set depending on the technology of choice. The microservices architecture supports polyglot technologies, so the integrated tool chain and developer environment will vary based on the technology choice. The project will utilize container-based Docker deployment of the application, which will be configured, deployed, and monitored using infrastructure code. Operation team will make sure that there is always one step for building, testing and deploying of the application.

Process: Domain experts will set feature lists for each sprint and those lists will be designed and developed using smaller batches. Continuous integration and build will be done together with automated tests. Several tests scripts will be developed to maintain a test driven development approach and to ensure continuous tests features in the development. All releases will be automated using container-based software. The system will be deployed as canary rollouts to ensure rapid deployment of the features. In case rollout fails, it will roll back. Several tools will be used to automate this process. Finally, common metrics will be filled up automatically to know the test performance and team performance.

Culture: To enable DevOps in the GlocoHCP, the culture will be required to be changed to welcome engineering innovation.
7.5Appendix 5: Performance Monitoring and Incident Management
The existing staff will perform IT operations for the new services after training. Similarly, the existing GlocoHCP providers will also do incident management.
The microservices and their component managers will be monitored using the Foglight Application Performance Monitoring system36. When the IT service desk technician receives a notification about a problem in the environment, they will assign it a priority (P1-P4) based on the severity of the event. TIP will provide GlocoHCP documentation with a list of possible failure scenarios and their associated priorities as part of its training program. Severity P1 and P2 issues will be handled immediately by on-call IT staff members, while issues that affect only a small population or do not disrupt service (i.e., P3-P4) will be handled as part of the normal change windows.
The incident management team will contact the change management team to inform it of any changes required to restore service and report the times each system component was off-line.
Finally, production outages should be reviewed monthly at an IT operational performance meeting to ensure that systemic issues can be noted and avoided in the future.
7.6Appendix 6: Measuring training (GlocoHCP’s Education Team)
The GlocoHCP’s Education Team will use the Kirkpatrick / Philips' Model to measure training effectiveness. This will measure; the absorption of information by the participants at three data points, the impact to the business in relation to the systems defined goals, and the return on investment of training. It will be broken down into the below stages:

Develop Objectives; detail the objectives of each training session.

Develop Evaluation Plans and baseline the data

MEASURE: The Reaction of the participants to the training, this is measured with surveys given at the end of the training session, relating to how they think the training was delivered. This data feeds back into the creation of later courses.

MEASURE: The Learning achieved by the participants, this includes skills and knowledge achieved by the participants. It is measured by calculating a delta of pre- and post-tests.

Collect Data During Implementation

MEASURE: The Behavior; here we measure if the skills and knowledge gained during the training has been applied and practiced. It will be measured by polling the participants on a 3 month check-up.

MEASURE: The Results (the outcomes); Has there been business impact of the training in terms of thegoals.

Convert Data to a Monetary Value; this includes the training time of both participants and instructors, along with the cost of needed training software for training videos.
