Job Description： [Responsibilities] Job Name: Cloud Service SRE Engineer 1. Achieve the SaaS SLA targets of cloud services and systematically complete E2E cloud service maintenance. 2. Interconnect with customers' issues and requirements and support the communication and implementation of customers' business requirements. 3. Be responsible for SRE SaaS service and platform O&M, and monitor, handle, and recover SaaS cloud service platform issues. 4. Be responsible for the installation and O&M of cloud service products to ensure stable service running. [Professional knowledge requirements] 1. Have knowledge of operating systems (Linux) and databases (MySQL or Oracle,.etc,.), and be familiar with Linux operations and commands. 2. Have a good command of at least one of C/C++, JAVA, Python, GO, and JS programming languages, and have knowledge of software engineering development. 3. Knowledge of microservices or containers, such as Kubernetes and Docker, is preferred.
