FA 2 is over and next week with half day on Friday school will close for summer vacation till August 24th. Please note that on Friday July 11, 2 O’clock buses will run 2 hours earlier, 3 O’clock buses will run 3 hours earlier and there will be no 4 O’clock bus as all students will take 3 O’clock buses. Non-bus children will also be dispersed at 12 noon. This information is for both the campuses. Summer school and Sport camps will start from July 14 and July 21 will be a holiday for summer school. Summer school bus timings will be intimated next week by the bus coordinator. To add to the summer activities at Tokyo Campus Mr. Rodrigo is willing to hold abacus class. Details are given below.

If interested send an e-mail. International Christian University is offering liberal Arts and Science courses in their undergraduate programs. They will give a presentation on July 7th Monday from 9 am to 10 am at Tokyo Campus.
Tokyo International University will also be giving their presentation same day. Their timings are from 11 am to 12 noon .They offer undergraduate degree program in two majors, InternationalRelations and Business Economics. Parents are requested to attend these presentations in order to know what kind of College education and scholarship are available in Japan. For summer reading many new books have been added in the library at Tokyo campus. Teachers will be writing how many books are required to be read by students of various classes. Please make sure they read. Reading is important for building up good vocabulary. And students should be encouraged as much as possible.

SilverzoneFoundation is a NGO reckoned as the organizer of the biggest and the most popular International Olympiads. The Olympiads will be conducted for Computer Science, Mathematics, Science, English, GK, Hindi and French. The competitions are open to all the students, from Class-I to Class-XII, and a perfect global platform wherein a student can actually put his/her talent, memory, knowledge and skill sets to test and can apprehend his/her standing on an international scale.

The reference books for all the above subjects for all grades will be available in the school library by July 3rd week. During summer school, special training will be arranged for students who are participating in the Olympiad. The fee will be 10,000 yen per week and time will be 9 am -12 noon.
