Cinco de Mayo Car, Truck and Bike Show General Rules & Regulations:
1. REGISTRATION: All vehicles must arrive by 12:30 p.m. and check in before 12:30 p.m. on Saturday May
7, 2016. Check in will start at 10:00 am at Cesar Chavez and Bancroft. Security will be available for placement assistance.
2. JUDGING CARD: Each entrant will be given a registration/judging card at check in. The
registration/judging card must be placed on the dashboard and visible to the judges. It is the
entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the registration card is visible and properly completed by
starting time. Vehicles not displaying the judging/registration car will not be judged.

3. COMMON COURTESY: Be polite and considerate to all guests - remember that you are representing the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta Car Show and the car club you are affiliated with. Profanity and other disrespectful conduct including displays which incorporate objectionable music, videos, artwork or
other items is prohibited.
4. EXCESSIVE NOISE: Loud music should be kept to a minimum.
5. SAFETY CONCERNS: Children under 12 years of age and MUST be adequately supervised/accompanied by an adult during all periods of the car show. Also, for safety of participants NO pets, bikes, skateboards and rollerblades are allowed on the festival grounds.
6. ALL EXHIBITION AND SAFETY RULES APPLY/DISQUALIFICATION: All entrants must adhere to the "Exhibition and Safety Rules" of the Show, which are incorporated by reference herein. Failure to comply with any Exhibition and Safety Rule may be grounds for disqualification, at the sole and participate may be asked to leave the premises.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE: Officials reserve the right to photograph, video tape, film or reproduce in any medium any entry, owner, spouse and/or guests, etc. for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes before, during and after the event at no compensation to the exhibitor.

Waiver Form:
I/We, the undersigned agree that participation in the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta Lowrider Car Show includes risks of injury
and property damage. I/We understand that St Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation (SPFHF) and its sponsors will not provide protection against such risk. I/We assume all such risk to those under my/our direction and control. I/We hereby WAIVE any present or future claims resulting from events occurring due to my/our participation in the 2017
Car, Truck and Bike Show. I/We will not make claim against SPFHF, any of its officers, directors, employees, sponsors or volunteers for anything that results from my participation in the Car, Truck and Bike Show. If I/We operate a vehicle in connection with this event, I/We must have a valid driver’s licenses and automobile insurance as required by Minnesota Law.
By signing the application form, participant has read and agrees to be responsible for and to indemnify SPFHF, its officers, directors, employees, sponsors and volunteers from claims relating to damage or injuries resulting from actions or behaviors of the participant.
