Open Internet Explorer (IE) (or browser of your choosing)
Select Tools
Select Internet options
Select Content
Select Clear SSL state
Select Advanced
In the Security section
Confirm 'use TLS 1.0' has a check mark in the box
Plug in CAC reader
Insert CAC into reader
Select
Select All programs
Select ActivIdnetity
Select ActivClient
Select User console
Select Tools
Select Advanced
Select make certificates available to windows
Test CAC by accessing a CAC required site, like MOL or NKO
