validation internally, will lead to better quality of thinking and output and will remove bottlenecks in arriving at better solutions. While the Platformation

methodology/ Mckinsey pursuit process is a framework or tool to aid thinking, it does not replace thinking. If one needs to think then design thinking is a good way to do it.
