Abstract: Online shopping is a form of electronic commerce which allows consumers to directly buy goods from a seller over the internet using android phones. This project deals with developing an e-commerce website for online different types of products. It provides the user with a catalog of different types of products available for purchase in the store. The Online shopping project has been developed to allow business grows larger and faster. This site will let consumer to view and order products online from any part of the world. The site sells different types of. Under this website many products and services can be ordered The Online Shopping application is designed from a user point of view. The user friendly design helps the users in accomplishing their task with ease. Attempts have been made to keep the design simple and understandable. The screens were designed in XML and the business logic was written in Java. The total lines of code written in this application are Java, xml . Modules. 1.Login 2.select category 3.View products. 4.purchasing. Login: This module used for security purpose .user give username and password .if user give correct username and password user will allow otherwise user is not enter to application select category: This module is used to user can choose gender. if user can select men ,the application display men related products . otherwise it display women, kids related products. View products: This screen will show all the types of different product with their values and minimum quantity that should be ordered. If possible, provide the image of each of the product. On selecting any one of the product, user is shown the columns for the quantity to be entered. After entering the quantity, price is automatically set by the system based on the product price data. Purchasing: This module is used to view details of purchasing information like Brand name, size of the product , quantity of the product .finally it display total amount. CONCLUSION This is my first attempt in developing a mobile application which gave me a basic understanding of development and challenges of mobile application development. The main aim of the project is to provide an easy to shopping in market. The application has been implemented and tested on real devices.
