Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. Property Technical Director Phil has over 28 years experience in the property field. He began his career with State Farm Insurance Co. in Baltimore, MD where he spent 3years handling property and general liability claims. Phil moved on to the affluent market with Atlantic Mutual where he handled property, inland marine, builder’s risk and veterinary malpractice claims. After an offer to open Atlantic Mutual’s first regional property claims center, Phil moved to Atlanta, GA. Phil ultimately progressed from Supervisor to Claims Manager I and II overseeing the Southern Regional property claims office. When Atlantic Mutual dissolved its property book of business, Phil accepted a position as Claim Director at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. overseeing a staff of adjusters, RGA’s and supervisors handling the Eastern half of the country. After 6 years, Phil moved into his current role as Property Technical Director over Eastern Property complex claims and litigation.
