Los Angeles International Airport was the destination airport searched the most for charter flights, and four airports tied as the most popular point of origin, in January 2015, according to an analysis of Air Charter Guide Worldwide Trip Builder data. Fort Myers Page Field, Teterboro, Dekalb/Peachtree and Cancun International airports share the top spot on the list of most popular points of departure. Airports among both the top 10 departure and arrival search queries in January were: ·Los Angeles International Airport ·Teterboro Airport ·Dekalb/Peachtree Airport (Atlanta) ·Kingston Norman Manley International Airport (Kingston, Jamaica) ·Cancun International Airport ·King County International Boeing Field Airport (Seattle) ·Logan International Airport (Boston) ·Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport ·San Juan/Isla Verde/Luis Munoz Marin International Airport ·San Francisco International Airport ·Paris Le Bourget Airport Super Bowl travel caused searches for Phoenix Sky Harbor International, near the Glendale, Ariz., site of the football game, as well as Boston's Logan International and Seattle's King County International airports, major hubs near the competing New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks to spike into the list of most popular searches.
