a. The term "f.o.b. destination," as used in this clause, means:
a. A milestone plan is due 30 days after award showing all phases of the contract with beginning and completion dates. Further, all reports to include draft reports will be shown as a milestone. Training milestones will include dates for the training manuals. All submittals are to be included in the milestones as well on-site inspections and meetings.
