No mark amendments will be made once the marks are computed on our ITS system at the end of the semester . Therefore, students are asked to verify their marks as soon as the marks are made available, especially on the kiosk Ensure your assignment is uploaded on myNUST in the correct place/link. Your assignment must be completed on time and submitted to the correct place/link. No late or email submissions will be accepted, including incorrect links. No wrong file submissions will be corrected once the due date has passed. • Ensure to submit the correct file with the correct/supported format, no wrong file or format submitted will be corrected after the due date of an assessment. • Verify that all files are successfully submitted, no marks can be awarded if no work has been submitted. • Medical and humanitarian reasons are the only reasons accepted for the late submission of assessments, including test arrangements. Late submission of assignments or test arrangements will only be approved until seven days (including public holidays and weekends) after the due date of an assessment. Valid documentary proof must be attached as supporting evidence before any late submission or arrangement will be considered. • Travelling and attendance of workshops, job related activities and conferences may not be used as an excuse for late submission of assignments. As for tests, prior communication would be required for consideration of any arrangement. • Please note that a police declaration may not be used as an excuse for the late submission of assessments. • Death Certificates will serve as valid documentary proof in case of immediate family as per the Labour Act, i.e., family means a o child o spouse o parent/grandparent; o brother/sister; or o father/mother-in-law of the student. • Students have to submit sufficient documentary evidence in addition to the Death Certificate to qualify for the approval of late submission of assignments.
