The idea of ADNOC is the mutual exchange of knowledge, smart for AT to practice, Abu Dhabi gets smart guys to further optimize their operations

2015-2016 was a challenging period, OMV managed to prevail, complete shift in the policy, redefining the purpose and mission of the company, HOW > WHAT you do

OMV is small enough that you can do changes around the company, but there is still enough of a financial backbone to support those changes

One of the best oil firms when it comes to the equal playing ground since the very beginning in the company, almost equal salaries among employees through the ranks

OMV has an outdated application process

Additional ideas to increase the Uni network / talent pipeline ARE NEEDED

Culture ties are not really well externally communicated currently

Commercial students are a target group, anybody who is currently studying, hiring graduates in 1-5 years

We are focusing for this project on Vienna office

WRITE WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS BEFORE/AFTER THE MEETING ON OMV AS AN EMPLOYER

5 ppl are the best option for the Focus Group, don’t interview current employees, rather interview ppl who did not work at OMV before



Maybe we can interview individuals with international mindset, maybe even Romanians considering their strong ties with that country
