Upload to the CMMS
In this step, the Master Data Maintainer takes the results from the previous step, collates the data and, for Assets in the
Execute phase, arranges for it to be loaded into the CMMS.
When this is carried out as an improvement step during the
Asset’s Operate phase, the existing planned maintenance routines are adjusted.
This step shall include a quality review and sign off by the relevant Technical Authorities to ensure that SCE performance assurance tasks have been correctly represented in the CMMS.

Set up FSR
Facility Status Reporting (FSR) is the Global standard tool to support the management of the SCEs and it has three main functions. Visualisation (consolidated picture) of the status of the
CMMS work orders and notifications and related deviations by barrier/SCE group, at any level within the FSR Asset hierarchy.
2. Communication - FSR monitors those items that require action, and notifies the relevant parties by email. A formal and auditable Deviation Management System. Appendix 4 contains a listing of the key configuration items which are needed to deploy FSR.

3. Execute performance assurance activities
The SCE performance assurance tasks are carried out in the field, the results are recorded and assessed for conformance with the performance standard acceptance criteria and any follow on corrective work is identified. This section describes the performance assurance steps that are in addition to the normal maintenance work preparation, scheduling and execution activities, which are detailed in the Work

(EP The end result of the activities in this section is the identification of SCEs meeting their performance standards acceptance criteria follow on corrective work for SCEs which do not meet their performance standards acceptance criteria, which includes agreed priority and Latest Allowed Finish Date
