Practice scales with a metronome clicking quarter notes while you play four 16th notes per beat. Practice scales “full-range”, always. Begin on the lowest tonic note of the scale, play to the highest palm-key register note of the scale, continue to the lowest note of the saxophone while still in the scale. Return to the tonic. Use all articulations:
