Free Babysitting for Couples Night Out on Friday, September 16, 2016. Please sign the list today if you are planning to participate. Brothers’ Information Brothers, it’s time for the 12th Annual Brothers’ Retreat at the Ocean Creek Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. Theme: “Together We Stand, Divided We Fall”. Date: January 19 – 21, 2017. Fee: $40 for all participants. A $15 non-refundable deposit is due by September 30, 2016. There will be a $5.00 reduction to the registration cost for deposits received by August 31, 2016. The balance of $20.00 is due by November 30, 2016. Registration packets are available on the bulletin board for you to pick up. Youth Information The Atlanta Football Classic trip has been cancelled. Instead, we will have a Sunday Youth Hangout at the church building on September 25th after morning worship services. The activity will consist of games, movies, etc and even a nap (if desired). All youth planning to attend need to sign the sign-up sheet. Sisters’ Information Charlotte Avenue Church of Christ (Charlotte, NC) will host an Equipping Women with Exceptional Service program on Saturday, October 1, 2016. This is a day for women of all ages (6th grade and up) to learn about all the exciting ways God can use EWE in His kingdom. Long Creek Church of Christ (Columbia, SC) will host their 3rd Annual Ladies Retreat, Friday, October 7- Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Weston Lake Camp Grounds. Fee: $40 (non-refundable) 2days/2nights Retreat. Theme: Getting Fit for Christ; Exercising the Mind, Body, & Spirit. More information is coming about this event. University Church of Christ (Charlotte, NC) will host a Ladies Inspirational Day on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the Embassy Suites Hotel Charlotte. Muffins and juice will be available during registration, and lunch will be provided. Theme: A Woman Who Walks With God, Never Walks Alone.
