Student Council Meeting Minutes Date: 25th April 2016, Monday Attendance

  The SC’s internal survey result was to have sweatshirt t-shirts made, possibly for next year. Ekin will talk to Koray Abi about SC’s visiblity.
  
• 
  The space for putting the backpacks in the student center isn’t sufficient. Mr. Skipper mentioned that additional hooks will be set up.
  
• 
  Because the stairs and half of the second floor at the MK student center are glass, individuals with skirts may be uncomfortable; Mr. Skipper mentioned the idea of them to be frosted.
  
• 
  Esra will write an email about L11&12s being able to enter lunch early to Mrs. Halıcıoğlu.
  
• 
  The feedback from the food committee are as follows: In the cafeteria there will no longer be wheat soup, instead there will be more soups with yoghurt and lentils. There will no longer be couscous. The coleslaw will be served with raisings. An elevator will be built in the MK student center for ease with trays etc. The cutlery will be replaced.
  
• 
  Danone will be asked to bring their own refrigerator.

  Kaan Karamancı will set up a “gaming station” in the MK Student Center during FAF.
  
• 
  Starbucks is not coming to FAF. Begüm will talk to Kahve Dünyası instead for both coffee and ice cream.

  The SC talked about the FAF Food Chart Can has prepared and the type of food that we still need to get.

  Begüm will talk to Mehveş Abla about Mano Burger to come at FAF.

  Arda will contact Krispy Kreme.

  Can will contact Şirin Waffle.

  Armanc will contact Kaşıkçı Dede.

  Efecan is updating the sponsor documents and the FAF budget.

  While talking with possible food vendors at FAF, we will also ask them where as in space they would like to have their stand at FAF.

  FAF Schedule was examined; it is in the SC’s Google Drive.

  We will ask Teneke Trampet for any of their needs/wishes and ask them at what time they would like to perform.

  We will find student bands for FAF, everyone is responsible about contacting people.

  Aysu will talk to the Robotics club.

  Ekin will learn the price for art workshops and percussion.

  Begüm will talk to Sanem about showcasing her photography exhibition at FAF.

  Serra will need to learn the time schedule of the Dance Festival.

  Efecan will talk to Can Kırımlı about JA working as the FAF team in exchange for a free stand at FAF to sell their product.

  We will check the SC room for equipment, material etc. that can be used at FAF, the things we lack will be provided from Eminönü.

  Begüm will ask Eda to design the FAF poster and ticket.

  Everyone will ask for the logos of the sponsor/food vendor they’ve agreed with for FAF.

  Mert and Begüm will get the contact information of Mavi and Penti from Can Demircan to contact them.

  The art workshop that Serra has been in contact with, wants an advanced payment, if suitable we’ll have those workshops.

  Kaan updated us about the foosball table. He’ll contact Rüstem Bey about it.

  We will talk to Emre Bey about the FAF T-Shirts. We need to see a sample t-shirt and compare prices. This needs to be done fast because we need to order 500-600 unisex bicycle collar white t-shirts next week at the latest.
