Part of a series of lectures and speeches to Greater Los Angeles High School and Junior College counselors and teachers. Program was initiated by me and sponsored by ARCO to expose more students in the inner city of greater Los Angeles to the Maritime industry.
ARCO representative, Oil Spill Response Limited Board of Directors, Southampton, U.K., January 1994 to September 1999. Served as ARCO company representative on the Board of Directors of the worldwide oil spill response entity, as either the primary or alternate delegate.
