-
only some of the children of CHARLOTTE and William Nodder bear the surname Tregenza both before and after the parents’ marriage (these have the given name Nodder). Some of the children are indexed under both surnames. It is presumed that any offspring adopted the surname Nodder.

Note:
-
Twelve Trees not known. Twelveheads is possible as hamlet on boundary of Gwennap, St Kea and Kenwyn (detached) parishes. Twelveheads is in the Bissoe valley between Lanner, Penryn and Truro. Penryn might have been the relevant town to this hamlet. Double Trees is in Par (but this is not near Penryn).
-
Birth date supplied by Mrs Eleanor-Mary Tregenza-Jones for MARY(-ROGERS) is most probably that of MARY her daughter.
-
ELEANOR-MARY born 1898 and who lived most of life in London was thought to be a sister to MARY and MARIA-FRIEND Tregenza and to have married Jones – however this is explained by 1911 census which indicates that her father is named Jones and her mother was probably MARY born 1871-1875
-
death record MARY-R. age 75 December quarter 1920 Cardiff district (volume 11a page 438) which gives birth as 1845 approx. which matches MARY-RODGERS though she was alive in 1911 census
