30% of the participants log into the student portal every day, another 30% of them are using the portal a couple times a week, 10% of them log into the portal a couple times a month and the rest of the participants are using the portal once a month or less than monthly.
Have you ever read a book from e-library that is available in the student portal?

12 responses out of 30 said yes, they have read before.
18 responses out of 30 said no, they have not read any.
We made the option of no I have not read any as an open question to study the problem of why students have not read e-books from the e-library. And the responses show that is some of them are not interesting in reading books, or they do not know that there is an e-library in the student portal and other said “the e-library in the student portal is poor”.

16 responses out of 30 said no, they did not because they prefer to reach their group members or their friends through the phone call, and others said “we do not know that there is chatting facilities in the student portal”

36% of the responses said it is extremely easy to navigate around the system, 27% said it is easy to navigate around the system, and 20% said it is normal or naturel, while three respondents said it is hard to navigate around the system, and just two respondents said it extremely hard to navigate around the system.
11-The last time you accessed the student portal, were you able to complete the task you logged on for?
Most of the responses were yes they were able to complete the task, and some of them said “We can easily complete that task we want to do every time we log into the student portal”
12- Did you find the information available on the student portal up to date?
The responses of this question were As follows:
Nine of the respondents said yes the information in student portal is up to date.
Seventeen of the respondents said no the information in the student portal is not up to date, and some of them said “Some of the lecturers did not upload any of the chapters and some lecturers create a Facebook page to upload the chapters, why we have to download the chapters from Facebook if we have our student portal”.
Four of the respondents said the information is up to date but you have to check the application on the smart phones because for example: some time the information that is available in the mobile based student portal and is not available in the web based student portal, the opposite is correct.
