The common answers for this question were as follows: the student portal has a good look, student portal is useful and easy to use, it is so easy to navigate around the menu and the system, everything in the student portal is clear where students can easily find their needs such as final docket, timetable and notes, and the student portal is accessible and fast according to the responses of the students.

The common answers for this question were as follows: the student is not always in update, sometimes the student portal on android and IOS is not similar to the student portal on web, (they are different), some student said that the information of the student data such as address, phone number, and so on are not updated according to the information in the registry, more than four student mention that the calendar provided in the student portal contain all the holidays, exam days, registration days for degree and foundation so they suggested that the foundation's information and foundation's calendar will appear just for foundation students and the same facility for degree students, and some student has problem with access the portal if they did not complete the fees.
21- Do you have any specific suggestions on features or benefits we could add to the portal product?
All the respondents were “no I do not have any new suggestions”
Future steps:
Correct the mistakes are existing in the current student portal through the following:
1- Improve the student portal to be more updateable.
2- Develop the search tools
3- Improve and develop the calendar.
Conclusion:
We decide to make a questionnaire and we tried to polarize the USERS of the student portal. And we could get thirty (30) respondents and in my opinion the questionnaire was successful and complete because it was contain comprehensive questions related of the quality of the student portal and functional or nonfunctional requirements, it is also contain questions of the student opinion about student portal's development plans. All the people who answer the questionnaire were so positive and most of them support student portal features.
