The Hawaii Chapter of the Western States Auto Theft Investigators Association (WSATI) is hosting a two day seminar dealing with Vehicle Theft & Investigation. Emphasis will be on:
Identification of fraudulent/altered/stolen vehicles
Fraudulent trades, sales, insurance policies and claim payouts
Auto Theft Rings in Hawaii
Note: Although this seminar is geared primarily toward law enforcement, other government agencies and insurance SIU personnel the various claims departments receiving this invitation may wish to consider allowing certain of their non-SIU personnel to attend. These would include claims personnel handling auto theft claims as well as appraisers. They are all cordially invited.
