Reddish Petechial Hemorrhage on anterior neck. Also noted are abrasions to the left in picture likely caused by ligature slippage. Note hair underneath ligature. Also note the infra and supra furrow depths which do not appear to us to be accounted for by the softer tissue on the anterior neck.
