I was born on the 7th of September, 1954 in Moscow. I have a higher education.In 1977 I finished the Moscow medical stomatological institute of Semashko and I work as a doctor till now. They began to irradiate us since 1973. I have a number of the diseases of the technogenic nature: pain in the spin, in the back, the pathology of the kidneys, liver, lungs of “the obscure etiology†by normal analyses. It was arranged the quarrels in my family as a moral effect. I was divorced with my husband and they threated to straighten my son and me. My obtained diseases as a result of irradiation during thirty-years (see in appendix 2.). I have a protocol of measure of the ionizing emission in my apartment and a report of the inspection of my apartment. The Moscow committee of the ecology of dwelling determined, that in the absence of owners somebody penetrated into my apartment and sprinkled my apartment by chemical substances (see appendix 3). I was born on 15th of June, 1938 in Kazakhstan. I have an intermediate technical education. In 1966 I finished the Leningrad physicomechanical technical school . From 1959 to 1993 I worked in the Leningrad optical-mechanical association (LOMO) as an engineer for the preparation of production. They began to irradiate us since 1983 and I felt a very stark indisposition, pains of eyes, pains in the heart and in the joints. I always have incomprehensible allergy. Since that I began to write complains about these incomprehensible illnesses. I told my friends and my colleagues about these strange symptoms. It was necessary to suppress the excess conversations and in 1983 I was accomodated into the mental hospital. I sent complains to the different state instances bacause of irradiation but I didn’t get any answer till now. All considered me as the mentally unhealthy person. In 1993 I retired on pension and now I am a pensioner. As a result of the irradiation I have different diseases: leucosis, burns. In my absence the criminals entered into my apartment and they strewed by the chemistry mixture furniture, products, wearing things, spoil office equipment, sanitary engineering, clothing. In 1998 my husband Pavlovsky Grigoriy was killed, who created “St. Petersburg’s society of the protection of personality from the remote bioenergetic terror” and who was a chairman of this society. All my relatives are irradiated and in 1999 my daughter’s husband was killed . My sister is irradiated brutally. I was born on the 20th of March, 1940 in Komsomolsk-– on- Amur of Khabarovskiy District. I have a higher education and finished the polytechnic institute in Komsomolsk – on-Amur. I am a Candidate of Technical Sciences from 1969 to 1992 and I worked at the scientific research institute of aviation technologies. From 1992 to 2000 I was an owner of my own firm and now I am an owner of Caralov club. I was irradiated since 1991 repeatedly. I began to write complaints bacause of the irradiation to the different instances. In 1992 I sent complaints to the organs of the sanitary-epidemiological supervision of eastern administrative district association from the tenants of our house 1/1. And in 1993 I sent the complaint to the main sanitary doctor of Moscow. I’ve got the answer, that similar emissions are not measured and that there are no instruments for the measurement BY SHF. After that I sent the complaint to the district division of internal affairs on the fact of the irradiation.As a result of it the police threated me in my apartment to isolate me and send me into psychiatry. Three times I sent complaints to the federal security service, but I didn’t get any answer. In 1995 I sent the complaint to the district procurator and they transmitted my complaint to the district division of internal affairs. I didn’t get any answer till now. In 1997 I sent the complaint to the General Procurator's office. I was called into the law court to send me into the psychiatric hospital with the diagnosis of maniacal persecutory delusion. Only because of protection of the Moscow committee of the ecology of dwelling in the law court the matter was ended. I repeatedly rang the television network bacause of disturbance of the telephone communications, technogenic noises in the hand receiver and wire tapping, but everything remained as before. As a result of long-standing irradiation I have the following diseases, characterizing the irradiated persons: destroyed teeth, diseases of eyes, tachycardia, increasing the frequency of pulse, the overvoltage of the regulator mechanisms as a result of stresses, obtained as a result of the irradiation. I was born on the 5th of January, 1954 in Sebezhe of Pskov province. I have a intermediate technical education and in 1970 I finished the Leningrad sea school. After completion of this sea school I worked as a steering motor mechanic in the Leningrad sea port. I consider that from my birth the section of my brain was intentionally damaged and therefore I couldn’t speak till 1961. When I was eight, I felt the information intrusion into my consciousness. They did not give me possibility to indicate that I wanted. I had to answer incorrectly and they interfered me to learn good at the school. In 1978 I felt constantly the powerful psychotronic influence on my organism. After the complaint to the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR bacause of irradiation I was set on the registration in the psychiatry of Nevski district in Leningrad. As a result of the long-standing irradiation I have the following diseases: the functional distribution of the processes of the higher nervous activity of the brain of technogenic nature, cystoid reconstruction of the left half of average cranial pit, cyst from the left in the basal divisions of frontotemporal region, ventral rupture, dystrophic changes in the spine, chronic prostatitis, adenoma of prostate gland, the capillary hemangioma of liver, the total weakening of power engineering of all systems of organism and other illnesses. I'm tilly tara victim about 7 years first they hit my head with a bottle after that they put me on a scan then the misery started with 3D picture microwave sound to the brain voices. I'm al alone with a child remote control torture harassment stalking abuse isolation financially broke down ritual abuse. I was a singer and also work hard to raise my children. They put me 4 times in psychiatry. We need help I was 6 years alone in this case then I met Monica then they tortured me a whole week it was August they burn my body. Schweitzer, resident of Arizona, USA. Harassment & torture started in 200 after testifying in a high-profile case for the prosecution in Phoenix, Az. This harassment is very real & has created an atmosphere of isolation, vigilante damage to home & car. Some of the damage to home has been reimbursed because companies testifies to my insurance company for reimbursement. Have had checks removed from my retirement park mailbox, books private bills papers removed from my home. Retirement communities are known to harass, & was told having no local family & isolation sets you up for this harassment. I'm an RN & have lived & worked in 7 states over 50 yrs. I quit work 3 months ago because the electronic harassment has been so severe & painful. It causes continous sleep disruption, burning of skin, especially the scalp, & caused chest pain that required me to go to an Emergency Room 5x over the last 3-4 yrs. it caused irregulare heart rhythm that lasted about 2 hrs. I have had no heart history in my family or myself. My rights have been continually violated w/4th & 5th amendments violated. This undetectable torture has been constant bu some remote method. The stalking has continued & have seen certain neighbors in & around my house. One man blocks my driveway w/his dog that has prevented me from returning home & just driving by. The stalking is obviously organized & have had no cooperation from police. Their reports would label me as an insane person when I called in a complaint. Numerous events have occured w/o justification & feel financial Arizonians w/human rights being violated. 1. Bev in Mesa. I testified for the prosecution in 2000 & since noticed tremendous stalking by neighbors. I found blue shredded carpet in my shower, been reimbursed by Farmer's insurance for vigilante activity causing home damage. Constant entries into my home where my phone is dead each time I returned home in early am from my nursing job. I continue to have items removed from my home, mail from my retirement park mailbox, trash thrown in my driveway, afraid to enter my driveway because neighbor blocking it. 2. Regan of Scottsdale.Stalking & harassment by fellow employees @ Phoenix Biltmore, where she works as a message therapast. Frequent following & mention of God's Army people. She has ad home entry & damage by neighbors. One man came on property & shot an animal. Its ongoing. 3. Virginia in Apache Junction is 82 yrs old & walks w/cane. She has had male neighbors that enter her driveway, park in front of her house for periods of tims. She did talk to the police chief earlier this year & w/police assistance local harassment has decreased but the stalking by car has increased. She since has fallen & requires more MD visits & has been frightened by the cars. 4. Frederick of Glendale. He was ran down by a car & knifed. Electronics has caused severe abdominal pain & headaches. He was hospitalized twice last 2 mos but unknown cause. he lives in a group home & his many physical symptons have blocked him maintaining a job. 5. Mary Ann of Mesa. She recently moved here from Ohio where she was actively trying to expose the stalking & electronic harassment by going to Washington DC w/our organized group called Freedom from Covert Harassment & Surveillance. Ted Gunderson assisted our group by introducing them to different legislators to give them a chance for education into this horrendous crime of citizens against citizens. We continue to expose this issue to our Az legislators & appreciate house bills such as 4513 & 4514, from MICHIGAN that makes it unlawful to terrorize, frighten,cause any home damage, or destroy. Mary Ann has had continous harassment on the job, electrical shocks, etc that has interfered with her health. Its been dangerous for her. I have numerous other victims in Az but many have had more intense harassment it they contact other victims even by phone & preferred not to be in contact.
