During the period of 27 – 31 August 2007, TIA TR45.5 meetings were held at the Hilton Bonaventure Hotel in Montreal, Quebec Canada.

1. 
   Call to Order: The TR45.5 Plenary was called to order on 27 August 2007, at 08:32 AM local time by the TR45.5 Chair, Jean Alphonse. The Chair welcomed everyone to Montreal, Quebec Canada and thanked the host for the accommodations.

   Attendance Registration and Introductions. Twenty two (16) companies were present out of 23 active companies and, thus, quorum was achieved (70% participation).

The TR45.5 Chair, Orlett W. Pearson, reconvened the meeting on 29 August 2007, at 8:35 AM local time.

TIA Ballot Summary, PN-3-0272.001 (500-07082901) was received and discussed. Two companies voted yes with comments, Hitachi and Motorola. Both Hitachi (500-07082901a) and Motorola (500-07082901b) introduced their editorial comments. The contribution was remanded to WG3 for review and action and liaised to TSG-C with a recommended remand to WG3.

The plenary recessed on 29 August at 8:55 AM.

The meeting was reconvened on 31 August 2007, at 10:05 AM local time by the TR45.5 Chair, Orlett W. Pearson.

The Chair repeated the TIA IPR statement.

Quorum was established at the opening Plenary and was not challenged for the closing Plenary.
