WHEREAS:
(A) AgroReturns offers a platform for individual investors to be actively involved in Farming and other Agricultural processes, including but not limited to Fish Farming, Animal Rearing and Abattoir Services, Palm Tree Plantations, Palm kernel Processing, Palm Oil Production and Storage as well as other profitable Agricultural endeavors, through various Agricultural Investment Schemes while the Investor shall be paid Returns on Investments (hereafter referred to as ROI) in accordance to the Product type selected by the investor.
(B) The Investor desires to invest the deposited sum stated in the …………… Investment Product with its terms as contained in the AgroReturns' products list as specified on the AgroReturns Portal (www.agroreturns.com), and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.
(C) It is incumbent on the investor to perform the following duties under this MOU:
1. Make a choice of the product to invest in on the AgroReturns' Portal (www.agroreturns.com), read and understand its terms, investment duration and ROI's payable.
2. Fund selected Product.
3. Make available all necessary payment details for payment of initial capital and ROI.
