| NOW IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED as follows:
1.0 INVESTMENT 1.1 The Investor hereby agrees to entrust to AgroReturns the amount stated in the Product terms and all subsequent amounts invested thereafter by the Investor, to be utilized together with other investors’ funds for the purpose of the Investments specified in Par. A of this MOU. 1.2 AgroReturns undertakes to invest the capital entrusted to it by the Investor together with the funds of other investors in accordance with the terms and conditions of this MOU and pay to the Investor a commensurate ROIs as stated on its Portal. 1.3 The ROI's payable for various investment schemes as well as their durations are as displayed on the AgroReturns' portal(www.agroreturns.com) 1.4 ROI's are not negotiable from the terms displayed on the portal. 1.5 The Investor has independently studied and is satisfied with the Investment's terms. The liability of the Investor is, however, limited to the funds entrusted to AgroReturns in accordance with this MOU as nothing in this MOU is intended to or shall be construed as establishing or implying a partnership of any kind between the parties. 1.6 AgroReturns undertakes to maintain the funds entrusted to it separate from its own assets and away from the claims of its creditors, if any. 1.7 This MOU may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties in a written modification signed by both parties. 1.8 AgroReturns shall provide the Investor with a statement of their investment on an annual basis.
