AJEEE Paper Template
100 Activity Manual 679341
Sections headings

Section headings come in several varieties:

  1. Citations

Number the citations consecutively in square brackets [1]. The sentence punctuation follows the brackets [2]. Multiple references [2,3] are each numbered. For continuous references in a sequence, use [1–3]. Please note that the references at the end of this document are in the preferred referencing style. Please ensure that the provided references are complete with all the details and also cited inside the manuscript (example: page numbers, year of publication, publisher’s name etc.).

4. Equations

If you are using Word, use either the Microsoft Equation Editor or the MathType add-on for equations in your paper. Number equations consecutively with equation numbers in parentheses flush with the right margin, as in eqn. (1). First, use the equation editor to create the equation. Then select the “Equation” markup style. Press the tab key and write the equation number in parentheses.

Acknowledgement (if the project is sponsored one)

Avoid the stilted expression “one of us thanks/we thank ...”. Instead, use “Author P. Gogoi thanks/ Authors thank...”. Put sponsor acknowledgments in the unnumbered footnote on the first page or here.
References

AJEEE follows IEEE referencing style. For detailed format, view: https://ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/wp-content/uploads/IEEE-Reference-Guide.pdf

You can take help from “http://www.citethisforme.com/ieee/source-type” to put in IEEE format (Choose IEEE referencing style). However sometimes, manual entry may be necessary to put in proper AJEEE referencing format.

In all references, the first name and middle name of the author/editor are abbreviated to the Initials only, and then followed by the Last name in full. Example: Jesif Ahmed becomes J. Ahmed, Jyoti Kumar Barman-Saikia becomes J. K. Barman-Saikia.

Use commas around Jr., Sr., and III in names if there is any.

All publications must list names of all authors, upto six names. If there are more than six names listed, use the primary author’s name followed by et al. Example: B. Goswami et al.

Either doi or url is mandatory in almost all ref.

Abbreviations:
pp. – page no.
vol. and no. – volume and issue number
ed. – edition
Ed(s). – Editor(s)
ch. – chapter
sec. – section
Available – exact url link where the document is located, not the website’s homepage
