Appendix I – Chain of Rocks, continued
In 2010, the seven St. Louis, Missouri area casinos result in a ratio of 97 adults per gaming position
Adding an approximately 2,000-gaming position casino at Chain of Rocks in St. Louis will add 7% market supply (net of the 726 positions that will be lost by President’s closure) reducing the number of adults per gaming position to 92
Forecasted revenues for Chain of Rocks of $150M

  • New Missouri gaming revenues of $52M

  • Cannibalized gaming revenues from Missouri casinos of $98M

  • 65% of gaming revenues cannibalized from existing Missouri casinos

The 2013 forecast does not include natural gaming revenue market growth. This was done in order to project market gaming revenues by property if Chain of Rocks was in operation today, instead of having a two to three year construction timeline.
