ANNUAL REPORT & STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS 75 Note 7. Grants CDB • During 2005, the Authority received a M grant from the Caribbean Development Bank for capacity building. The sum of M was expended in 2005. There has been no other expenditure to date. The balance on these Grants at 31 st December, 2014 remains Mb ODS Ozone Depleting Substances During the year 2011 The National Ozone Action Unit through the Ministry of Agriculture released $777,750 for training.
