INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF PROCEDURAL LAW /

REVUE INTERNATIONALE DE DROIT PROCESSUEL

The International Association of Procedural Law is delighted to advertise the foundation and the launching of its International Journal of Procedural Law, whose first issue has just been published by Intersentia (http://www.intersentia.com). This Journal is a periodical and multilingual review devoted to studies and current developments of all kind of dispute resolution, adjudicative as well as alternative, in a triple national, international and comparative perspective: domestic procedural law, international procedural law (including conflicts of jurisdictions) and comparative procedural law. Dedicated to academics but of interest to practioners, the International Journal of Procedural Law is published twice a year, each issue including five parts: Studies, Practice, Debate, Legislation, Information. Papers must be written in English (UK spelling), French, German, Italian or Spanish and will be published in the language in which they are submitted with an abstract written in the other languages of the Journal.

Manuscripts and publication proposals should be submitted via e-mail in an MS Word compatible format to the Editors-in-Chief: peter.gottwald@jura.uni-regensburg.de and loic.cadiet@univ-paris1.fr, and to the General assistant-editor: fgascon@der.ucm.es.

Ordinary subscription prices for 2011 are 135 € / 189 USD / 128 GBP (Volume I, 2 issues), including postage and handling. A preferential subscription price is proposed to the IAPL members: 75 € / 105 USD / 72 GBP (Volume I, 2 issues), including postage and handling.

***************
