After you press Enter, you should notice that the command is added to the Action tree. 
At the Enter an Option prompt, enter M and press Enter to create a new layer. At the Enter name for new layer prompt, enter Doors and press Enter to set the name of the new layer. At the Enter an Option prompt, enter C and press Enter to set the color for the new layer. At the New Color [Truecolor/COlorbook] prompt, enter 5 (or Blue) and press Enter. Press Enter again to assign the color 5 (blue) to the Doors layer. In the Action Macro – Value Not Recorded dialog box, click Use the Value that is Current at Playback. 
Press Enter again to end the -LAYER command. You are returned to a blank Command prompt, and the new layer is created and set current. The Action tree should now look like the following image.
