     Provides means for feuding parties to:
     
     • 
       Seek truth and justice
       
     • 
       Have legal rights and obligations affirmed and/or enforced
       
     • 
       Pursue compensation for damages to their person or property
       

2. 
   Behavior Modification, in the sense that:
   
   • 
     The truth and justice found, or legal rights and obligations affirmed and/or enforced by civil judicial processes create or maintain societal relationships, and ultimately function as a form of societal regulation.
