Interlocutory Relief (Injunctions)
Interim vs.
interlocutory
Interim
= for a specific period of time e.g. spousal support,
restraining order
Interlocutory = pending a final disposition
Equitable relief (not a creature of statute or common law), often based in fairness
as opposed to legal duties
