confirming dome stability, maintaining sinkhole containment, venting gas and supporting the Bayou Corne Community. The company has made remarkable progress in response
to the sinkhole incident, essential to ensuring public safety. Texas Brine ordered an unprecedented D seismic study, which stipulated more detailed and accurate imagery. With the help of imagery it indicates that there are no gap spaces that could lead to the creation of another sinkhole and the authorities believe that there is no proof of additional hydrocarbon pockets. Moreover, results of the Vertical Seismic Profiling (VSP) and D study revealed that the Western edge of the Napoleonville dome is stable. After all, a priority for Texas Brine has always been to vent recoverable gas from underneath Bayou Corne when found. To make
the venting program possible, substantial progress has been made. Also, Gas Venting Relief Well (ORW) locations were chosen to authorize removal of gas from areas based on the highest production potential.
