Today, the predominant view of Confucianism says that man is good and has no need of a savior. Christianity is about the relationship between God and man. Confucianism is about man’s self-reliance. Christianity is concerned not only with life on the present earth, but also with the eternal destiny of the soul. Confucianism is concerned about achieving the best life today.
