| 2.6.4 Objective of the New System
The objectives of the new system are to provide computer services to the management:
Providing computing capability, running programs and producing result,
And providing good performance.
To enhance speedy of the results.
To eliminate error due to manual processing.
To provide security measure to check student mischievous act of changing marks on the result sheet.
2.6.5 Solution Proffered by the Newly Proposed system
1. Security: effecting protection and security of data is certain or document in the newly proposed computer based system
2. Labour: reduction; accuracy of the newly proposed system in data processing cannot be overlooked. Also there will be reduction in the cost of production and the use of the questionnaire as information will be input on the system.
3. High speed of operation: the operational speed of the newly proposed system will no doubt be faster in processing information than the manual type of method.
