ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION AS A CORRELATE OF JOB CREATION IN BENUE STATE, NIGERIA (2)
Based on these Findings, the Following Implications were drawn

The entrepreneurship skills which undergraduate students acquire are skills that enhance business competence that will adequately prepare students as future entrepreneurs to be able to create their own jobs and be self employed. Therefore adequate finance and facilities should be provided for the teaching and learning of entrepreneurship education and undergraduate students should be encouraged to take entrepreneurship courses seriously.

A further implication is that acquisition of entrepreneurship skills impacts positively on student’s orientation and attitude towards entrepreneurship as a career option. The skills raise student’s interest in becoming job creators rather than job seekers. Educators should be encouraged to efficiently teach the course hence they are training job creators.

When students are effectively taught to acquire entrepreneurship skills, they become future entrepreneurs who would engage in profitable income yielding ventures. Based on what they learnt in school, they become self-productive and by implication, they are also able to alleviate poverty for themselves, their families and others. The unemployed are also absolved to reduce the rate of unemployment in the society.
