Production and Service Facilities
EXCELENS’ main office will be located at an office space in Robinsons Cybergate Tower 3, Mandaluyong City. Company staff may also work from home, but will be required to come to the company’s main office or to the client’s office if needed.
Each of the company staff will be provided a laptop equipped with Microsoft office and other applications necessary to perform their tasks. Those who are on a work-from-home arrangement will be provided internet modem.
Waste Disposal Program
The Company will adopt a paperless policy in conducting its operations, unless there is a need to produce hard copy documents for regulatory, compliance and other related purposes. Trash bins with proper labels for segregation will be placed strategically inside the office.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The project financial study consists of the skillful coordination of the various information on all the factors in the form of financial projections. It covers all the factors that are pertinent to an intended venture. Having established the existence of a sample market and the feasibility of the production facilities to supply this market, the investigation should move on to the study of the financial aspect.
The financial aspect of the project feasibility study quantifies the results of the marketing, technical, management, taxation and legal phase of the project study and expresses in peso terms the possible outcome of operating the project.
