EXCELENS is a corporate form of business. There are five incorporators. The board of directors and the officers will handle the management of the business. They will also seek financing opportunities for the business. There are four project managers who will each head the projects relating to the following four major fields: accounting, human resource, procurement, and inventory management. Each of the project managers will be handling two staff. An IT manager will also be assigned to provide technical know-how on the programming aspect of each project. The IT manager will be handling two staff. A marketing manager together with a staff who preferably has an experience in web developing and digital marketing will also be hired to work hand-in-in hand in the promotion and publicity of the business. Furthermore, a human resource manger and an accounting manager will be hired as back-office support for the company. New employees will be hired as the business expands its operation. Through a well-designed organizational structure and based on the technical know-how of each personnel, there will be a smooth operation of the business. Therefore, this business is feasible in this aspect.
