The form of business organization is a corporation. A corporation is as an artificial being created by operation of law, having the right of succession and the powers, attributes and properties expressly authorized by law or incident to its existence. The company is to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) upon submission of the articles of incorporation.
EXCELENS will also be registered with other regulatory government agencies such as the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Business Permit and Licensing Office of Mandaluyong (BPLO), etc.
The company will commence its operation after it has complied with all the necessary documentary and technical requirements needed to operate and engage in this type of business. The pre-operating capital for this business will be P4,000,000.
