The project managers will search for enterprises which could be the potential clients of EXCELENS. Also, those businesses who are willing to avail of our services may contact the company through phone call, email or through our website. The project managers will discuss to the potential clients the terms of the services. Once consensus is reached, a contract will be prepared by EXCELENS and will be signed by the client and by EXCELENS’ authorized representative. The project managers together with the project staff will then meet with the client to discuss the requirements, specifications and timeline of the project. After that, the project team will meet with the IT team to discuss the IT technical requirements of the project. Next, a detailed project plan will be prepared by the project team for the approval of the company president. Once the project is approved, the project staff will then begin on working with the excel-based enterprise application of the client. The project manager will regularly review the work of the staff and will communicate with the IT team if technical assistance is needed. Once the project is accomplished, a dry run will be conducted to test whether the system is functioning as intended. After the dry run, a product license will be embedded into the system so that only the intended client can access the application. Afterwards, the final product will be delivered to the customer through a cloud or online drive. The client will be asked to conduct a test run on the application and let them inform EXCELENS if they encounter any problem with the system. After-sales service such as technical support and troubleshooting will be provided to the client. Additional services such as modification, product update, assistance in the preparation of financial statements and/or tax returns and other services will be offered for additional corresponding fees.
