Teachers send home weekly newsletters, which includes important school information. The “Cougar Gazette” is available on the school website.
It is the policy of the School Board of School District 831 to comply with federal and state law (and all requirements imposed by or pursuant to regulations issued in support of such laws) prohibiting discrimination against any person on the grounds of race, color, national origin, creed, religion, sex, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, age disability, or sexual orientation.
No person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any educational program, nor in employment, recruitment, consideration, or selection for employment (whether full-time or part-time) in any education program operated by the district for which is receives federal financial assistance.
