½” Diam. in way of forward foundation. Generator No. 1 and 2 Electrical section, remove for overhaul and reinstall. Generator No. 1 and 2 support mounting bases renew. Main A/C Electrical panel Ground Test gouge renew. Engine Room after bulkhead insulation repairs as per original after exhaust piping repairs. Battery Banks open and maintain as necessary. Clean and paint engine room from exhaust smoke contamination. Main Engines air filters renew. Main Engines oil leaks from cylinder heads and below forward outboard exhaust manifolds.
natural air intake opening at stbd forward at Engine Room. Insulate Fire Main pipe penetration at forward bulkhead stbd at Engine Room. Cable way support with appropriated straps at stbd outboard side at Engine Room. Fire Pump remove for complete overhaul including motor and pump. Bilge Pump remove for overhaul, only pump assembly. Remove not in use water heater from Void No.2. Air Conditioning units maintain at Void No. 2. Piping bulkhead penetration watertight assembly missing at stbd forward Void No. 2. Steering Compartment, after tank, steering oil leak at bilges, remove, clean and dispose as required. Steering Compartment hydraulic hose renew. Generator exhausts piping cooling water leak repair by welding at Steering Compartment. Sewage pump maintain and test for proper operation. Secure bilge suction piping at Steering Compartment. Overboard sewage discharge valve maintain at Steering Compartment. Rudder carrier bearings and bolts maintain at Steering Compartment. Rudder indicator support bolt missing at Steering Compartment. Light fixture repairs at Steering Compartment.  Confidential
