Enabling the IBM Maximo Spatial Asset Management map view
Before mobile workers can get directions in the Work Execution app by using the
Maximo Spatial Asset Management map, the map view must be enabled. You can configure the route lines by using the Anywhere Administration application, if it is enabled.

Before you begin
For Maximo Spatial Asset Management maps, Maximo Spatial Asset Management or greater must be installed, and a license for it must be obtained. In the
Map Manager, an entry must exist so that a link exists between Maximo Spatial
Asset Management and Maximo Anywhere.
Procedure
1.
In the maximoanywhere_home\Anywhere\MaximoAnywhere\apps\app_name directory,
edit the app-feature.properties file and set the map.enabled property to true.
Save and close the file.
2.
In the maximoanywhere_home\Anywhere\MaximoAnywhere\apps\WorkExecution\
artifact directory, edit the app.xml and specify mapmanager for the provider
property. Save and close the file.
3.
Build and deploy the application.
