Ensuring the Line-up for various operational activities
Operational Experience of ACF,MIXED BED EXCHANGER,DEGASSER TOWER,STRONG ACID CATION EXCHANGER,WEAK BASE ANION EXCHANGER,MIXED BED EXCHANGER
Handling Biological system ( ACT, SBR, )
Operating experience RO,HRSCC,sp.caustic system,Sanitary system,CRWS system,Sludge removal system
Operating experience of Centrifugal pumps, Dosing pump, Screw pump , Piston pump, gear pump, stator pumps
Changeover of pumps and tanks.
Handover of equipment for maintenance as per “LOCK OUT AND TAG OUT” procedure.
Managing work permit system.
Job Profile includes:
Issue ,Supervising and closing of Permits
Schedule and supervise maintenance activities in the plant.
Shut-down and Start-up of Plants.
Ensure Plant Safety
Make daily reports of all activities of the shift
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective communication with panel operator.
Adhering to quality standards & assuring quality and assigning Jobs & coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion of job.
Performing operation, maintenance and emergency handling related tasks in the production unit. Ensuring total compliance with defined operational parameters/ standard Operating procedures to achieve optimum productivity levels
Systematically performing work takeover/handover activities in the beginning and end of the shift.
Ensuring hand-over of the equipment’s for maintenance in clean and safe condition. Conducting proper checks on the equipment’s and ensuring that all its auxiliary safety systems are in order, before
putting them in operation.
Sampling and analysis to sample.
Log sheet maintaining.
Handling of plant emergencies like power failure, equipment failure, leakages, fire etc.
Managing scheduled pump and tank changeover.
Preparation of equipment’s for handing over to maintenance.
Issuing and closing of permits.
Reporting any Near miss from plant to upper management.
