Undertook institutional assessment of CMS programme performance and training needs assessment of staff and clients. In addition, responsible for providing on-site training/tutoring to branch and head office staff in programme management, portfolio analysis, management information systems (MIS) and monitoring and evaluation.
Evaluation of 3 UN funded Microfinance programmes in Myanmar. This included a review of their: programme management, portfolio analysis techniques, management information systems (MIS) and monitoring and evaluation systems.
