Identify Gaps Tesla Would Need to Fill to Launch A Fuel-Cell Powered Vehicle.There are several gaps Tesla needs to fill which are stated below. Technological Gap Tesla’s strategy for entering the market is the speed of the car. With a fuel-cell car, it is the same. The current car Toyota takes around 9.1 seconds to reach 60MPH when it is compared to the tesla model, Tesla takes around 3.1 seconds to reach 60MPH. (Dorian, 2019) Tesla needs to jump right on R&D. Market adaptation For market adaptation the first thing is safety. As the cost of the car will be high mostly the passenger could be family members. As a new technology people don’t know about the technology there are chances of people thinking about the safety because hydrogen is a highly flammable gas. (The international consortium, 2022) Cost
